Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
I am happy to accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to advise that you wish to return.
Items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery and must be in an unused condition. Any orders with signs of wear or damage due to improper repackaging may not receive a full refund.
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Any cancellaton request after this time will be honoured but if an order has already been dispatched it will need to be returned as per my returns policy.
I am unable to accept returns for any item that has been personalised (except in the case of a fault - please see info further down the page). For example: anything that has a date, name or specific wording which would prevent me being able to resell the item.
In addition to my standard returns policy I also ask for the following:
- Please contact me first to arrange a return.
- When returning from outside of the EU you MUST mark the parcel as a RETURN. Incorrectly marked parcels can cause me to incur a customs charge which may result in you having that amount deducted from your refund.
Damaged or faulty goods:
Please contact me as soon as possible with details of the fault and provide a photograph where possible. This will enable me to action a resolution for you and to investigate the source of the fault or damage.
Please be aware that i am shipping from the United Kingdom and may have to fill in a customs form for your order. This is a legal declaration and must accurately describe the contents and it's worth. In some rare cases there may be a customs charge to pay at the customers end in order to receive an order. This fee is to be paid by the customer and is set by the country that you reside in. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of their countries customs allowances.
